Filter Housings

Begerow cartridge housings Beco Integra® Cart are manufactured from AISI 316 Ti / 316 L stainless steel and are electrolytically polished. They are designed for use in liquid filtration processes in the chemical and pharmaceutical sector as well as in the beverage industry.

Cartridge housing, 1- to 5-unit
This product line is available as 1-, 3- and 5-fold type (1-5 filter cartridges). Different overall heights from 10″ to 40″ enable optimum adaptation to the product flow to be filtered. The cartridge housing is suitable for BECO pre-filter cartridges and BECO membrane filter cartridges.

Cartridge housing, 24- to 48-unit
This line is designed to accommodate 24, 36 or 48 filter cartridges of 30“ or 40“ lengths for the sterile filtration or prefiltration. The housings have a DIN 11851 inlet and outlet connection. Corresponding connection fittings are found in the accessories programme.

Cartridge housing, 8- to 16-unit
This line is designed to accommodate 8, 12, or 16 filter cartridges of 30“ or 40“ lengths for the sterile filtration or prefiltration. The housings have a DIN 11851 inlet and outlet connection. Corresponding connection fittings can be found in the accessories program.

Beco Liquicontrol (Index Measuring Device)
Used for measuring filterability of beverages that are stored in the cellar area and ready to be bottled – destined for membrane filtration. Fully automatic device for assessing filterability and the quality of the filtrate.
